Ashley is the go-to ‘Problem-Solving Partner’ for educators navigating the INCubatoredu and ACCELeratoredu experience. With more than a decade in the classroom—eight years in INC, seven in ACCEL, and a front-row seat to student transformation—she brings deep empathy, insight, and high-touch support to every teacher she works with.
As part of the original team that launched the Entrepreneurship & Business Academy at Kempsville High School, Ashley helped build something bold from the ground up. With a 12-year teaching career spanning math, business, and marketing—and a passion for coaching that led her to pursue an admin degree—she knew her next step had to center on supporting educators. Uncharted Learning was the perfect fit. Now, she’s all in on helping teachers feel confident, connected, and ready to create change.
Ashley’s passion for innovation runs deep. When she’s not supporting educators, she’s behind the scenes at GirlDadsKitchen, a fast-growing cooking brand she helps her husband build with strategic branding and a creative spark.
