His team focuses on onboarding, coaching, and community-building to help educators feel confident delivering entrepreneurship experiences that truly stick.
He believes real transformation starts with relationships. Whether mentoring new teachers or facilitating meaningful peer connections, Jeremy brings purpose and heart to every conversation. His passion for guiding others and building networks is what makes him such a natural at helping others grow into who they were meant to be.
Rooted in Impact
Before joining Uncharted, Jeremy was a school administrator and the visionary behind a Business Academy that brought local entrepreneurs into the classroom, created a student leadership team, and launched a booster club to sustain it all. It was a thriving ecosystem—and a glimpse at what’s possible when students are trusted to lead.
Fuel for the Future
Outside of work, Jeremy is often mentoring others, grabbing coffee with someone inspiring, or chasing wisdom from local entrepreneurs. His curiosity keeps him energized and always ready to pour what he’s learned back into the community.
